Jake Rallo

Managing Partner

Jake Rallo is an alumnus of Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration, where he honed his expertise in entrepreneurship and advanced wine studies. His academic journey culminated winning a blind wine tasting competition at École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland, representing Cornell University.

Post-graduation, Jake joined his father, Victor Rallo Jr., to carry forward the legacy of the family business established in 1963. Day-to-day Jake can be found at River Pointe Inn, while also spearheading a variety of initiatives such as opening The Pasta Lab at Birravino in late 2023.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jake is passionate about the culinary arts, dedicating his free time to perfecting the craft of making the perfect croissant. Jake’s favorite food and wine pairing is Champagne and French Fries!
